Dear Concern;
Despite repeated reminders my problem has not been resolved. Today why I called up your customer care No: 033-40508120
around 11AM a lady picked up who very rude in taking my complaint. The employees of company are not customer friendly and their way of approach towards customer is unacceptable. I got another No of someone called Ashok Sharma given by Customer cate 8283002539 his response was not either customer friendly. Inspite of looking into my complain say I’ll give a No you talk to him. I do not understand why your company has Customer Care for if cannot resolve your customers problems. Its unfortunate khaitan runs with such employees and doesn’t provide after sale service.. I had bought a water heater which requires some servicing and no one has turned up since last 15 -20 days.. my complaint No KSC530206..its regretful that I bought a khaitan product..would never advise Khaitan in future to anyone..
