Kenstar - Geyser Complaint Rating:   

I have purchased 2 nos kenstar geysers via Amazon, after a month geysers are not working at all. Upon complaint to kenstar, they have assured to repair geysers since end may'17, but still not repaired.

I have been calling and mailing kenstar customer care and service executives but they have been assuring of resolving, not yet resolved till date.

Due to non working of heaters I have been using gas stove to heat water and losing money as well as geysers not yet repaired till date.
