Dear Blue-Dart

This is to bring to your notice that we (Globe Cargo Carrier) booked one consignment of Mr.R.Das, Commissioner of Income Tax, through Blue Dart bearing Docket No:-50384468562 dated 8/4/2017.
However while delivering the goods one item containing three mattress and one wooden ply was wrongly delivered to Sri.RajKumar who works at Indian Army Tezpur. The AWB of Sri Rajkumar package which was exchanged with his package is 50372616884. Sri Rajkumar package has been wrongly delivered to him at Shillong and is in possession now , since he was not at home during the time of delivery the goods were taken back by Blue-Dart person and it has been stored in Blue Dart warehouse.
Now Rajkumar is out of station ( As confirmed by Mr.Rajkumar) an his package is still lying in Blue-dart godown at Tezpur.

We therefore request you (Blue-Dart team) to deliver the package of Mr,R Das Commissioner of Income tax at Shillong from your tezpur warehouse and also collect the package of Mr.Rajkumar from Shillong

Request you to take immediate action on this and contact us for the same
