Kajaria Ceramics Limited - Faulty Designed Tiles Complaint Rating:   

I recently bought tiles of Kajaria ceramics Ltd.(Design Name - Paraquet Natural , Size 800x1200, for Rs. 16500/- from their dealer Royal Marble & Tiles, Jagat puri, Delhi vide Invoice No. 653, Dt- 21-8-19 , hoping the largest manufacturer would be providing the best of designs and quality, but sadly very much disappointed. The design/ printing is defective and the company refuses to help in this regard. The company is not ready to take back or, even exchange the design. I even offered to pay any cartage charges to be incurred but was refused. They told me to get in touch with the dealer regarding this and the dealer says he is helpless as he only sells what the company makes. The dealer told me he got this on order and won't take them back as the company won't take them back. The guy who came to inspect says to talk to the dealer, the dealer says to talk to company. Seems to be delaying tactics, each person putting the ball in other person's court, and I, an innocent consumer is suffering because firstly they made a faulty design and they just want to dispose off the faulty products on to gullible customers.
