I have recharged my jio sim twice with 352(402-50off)
Both the time recharge was failed and money was deducted and i have complaint many many times through msg/mail and i hav called lots of time and i keep my call on ringing for more than 1hour and above are the sm screenshots i have take while calling them but still no one answer my call even after holding my phone for 70-80mins. And some time even if they rcv aftr an hour they tell that refund has failed and call wil be transfered to supervisor but still no one answer after that.
And they dont even bother to call and give any details regarding the transaction neither they rcv my call and nor they response to mail.now i dnt hav any idea what to do next bcz they dont response to my mail and msgs and im tired tired of wasting my call for 60-70mins daily witot any response.their service is verypoor and i dont hav money to spend for my daily expns. The transaction was made on 07/04/2017 pls help me to get my money i have lost my lots of precios time which has more value than my money. But i also need my money.
