Jio - Rs303 Recharge I Have Recharged With 303 On My Jio No 8200757884 And It Wasnt Recharged And Now When Offer End They R Saying That U Will Be Refunded Complaint Rating:   

I have recharged with rupees 303 on my jio no. 8200757884 online on www.jio.com with my sbi atm (debit card) when the recharge message does not come then i called the jio services and he asked me for reference no. And i have given it and he told me that your recharge will be done in next 48 hours and then the recharge does not came in 48 hours then i called jio services one more time and then he said thet your recharge will be done in next 48 hours and then the offer ends and i received a message from jio mentioned below
Dear Customer, further to Service Request number SR000007YY3B raised for Recharge Benefit Not Credited to 8200757884, we would like to inform you that your recharge could not be processed as transaction failed at the payment gateway. For more details, kindly get in touch with your bank. Thank You, Team Jio
And then i called the jio services about this and they said you will get your refund in your bank i told them that i called before they said that your recharge will be done then he tild me that we cant recharge you will get your refund in your bank
Then i told him that i want recharge not refund
I want recharge not refund
So please help me out please
