This is to inform that i was a AIRTEL Customer, my # is 9611736661, i was told by one of your sales executive, that i can port my mobile number to Jio if i wish to, so i did the porting with all documents and formalities, and i was told to wait for one week for the activation, around 17/18 -01-2017, my number was activated, with internet and after few days i was able to make out going calls to few numbers, but the problem is my incoming calls was not at all active from the day one, so i called up the JIo customer care, after talking to many executives and repeating with the same story, finally a got to speak to a person called Ramya, and after updating her the problem, she promised to sort out the issue at the earliest, or she'll get back to me in 48 hours, but unfortunately no call from her has come and my problem is still not sorted out, since i'm a service provider to a company with this mobile number, now all my incoming calls are been blocked i am not able to get any calls, and the company which i am working for has warned me of concealing my contract, because i am unable to receive any calls.

Now i have decided to file a case with consumer forum.

i just wanted my problem to be sorted out before Monday 30/01/2017.
