Jio - Recharge Rs 303 Not Refunded Yet Complaint Rating:

I did recharge of RS. 303 on 14 March and it was not credited in my account after talking to customer care it was told that the money will be credited in my bank account soon but till now it has been not been refunded .Them send me mail to in my mail I'd that the money will be refend in 12 days but yet now it not been refunded.
Many times talking to the Jio advisor not yet the money is refunded only miss guiding.
