Jio - Recharge Complaint Rating:   

Dear Sir

This is to inform you that me Subrata Hota, a jio prepaid customer was
trying to recharge a jio no.- 8617749881 for amount 303 rs. using jio
money with debit card payment process. The transaction ID was
221007727449. During the payment process there I have got some problem
and the transaction didn't completed successfully. However the amount
was deducted twice from my bank account. i.e, total amount 606 rs. was
deducted from my bank account. I was trying to contact the jiomoney
customer care service using my mobile app, but didn't get any reply.
So I am sending the mail with a hope about the solution of this
problem. Please do needful as soon as possible.
