Jio - Recharge Complaint Rating:   

My recharge of Rs.303 not done but my money is deducted.i recieved transaction success message but recharge not done.
I contact customer care they said we will refund money...but the offer is now gone...so what can i do to get my money..i request that recharge my no. with the same recharge..
But they said it is impossible..but i want my recharge with same jio summer surprise offer..
Its not my fault..its their service fault.
