Jio - Mobile Bill Extra Charge Complaint Rating:   

I recharged my two jio no. 7976202243 and 8209163890 with rs 303 under jio summer surprised offer on 9/04/2017 by my debit card but instead of 606rs i was charged 909 rs. That is 303rs plan was charged 3times. Customer service refuse to take complain as the number is not confirmed on which the recharge was done . it's been a week now and i have tried calling jio service 2-3 times i don't know on which no.they recharged the plan twice now i Need my 303 rs back ASAP.
