I recharged with 303 rs on 7th april on my number and it is not yet done and my money is also not refunded I complained it many times but I didnt received any response from their side. They promised to refund my amount but it is not yet credited and they are not providing me any resolution also.
Complaints numbers are-
SR00000816FE in jio care on 10th april
SR000008GT3X in jio care on 19th april
SR1711266624 in jio money on 22nd april

Please make my refund as soon as possible and take strict action against the company.
