Jio - Jio Phone Complaint Rating:   

My complaint is about jio phone as i have registered jio phone in September with 500 rupees.
Jio assured customers to deliver it by 1 st week of October but didn't delivered.
After that thay said phone will be delivered by diwali.
Today 25 th October diwali is over and there is no information about my order.
For customer care i have to call from a jio phone as there is no option for this service from other telecom users.
When i called jio care centre thay said we can not do anything regarding this. We dont have any information. they refused to even file complaint.
I have complained via mail also firstly they said phone will be delivered by diwali. Now saying will be delivered as soon as possible.
There is no procedure to cancel that order.
They bound my money. Not giving me the product. And not giving me proper information about the product.
