Jio - Jio Phone Complaint Rating:   

I have booked a jio phone on the month of August and notified that it will be delivered before diwali. In the last week of October I started receiving calls from jio that your phone is ready for pick up from jio store. I booked the jio phone from pincode 700131 and went the one of the nearest jio center to collect the phone ,I was told there that phone is not available and they don't know when it will come again. I called jio customer care and told that I will be going back to Bangalore on 5th So please tell me I which store the phone is available. None of the jio store picked up the phone. Today morning I went to another jio store to get the phone, they were having jio phone but couldn't have me the phone as the printer was not working.I told them to give me the phone as I will be going back to Bangalore today and it is not possible for me to collect the phone later. I will ask someone to collect the bill later. But those store guys were not listening to me and behaved very rudely.Later I called jio customer care to cancel the phone refund 500 rs booking amount. That they told it is not possible from their end to cancel.I am feeling like harassed now as they are not able to deliver the phone and not able to refund the amount. I have raised one service request with jio 'SR00000EIB17' but no action has been taken till now that.Behaviour from the customer care people was not good at all. They told they can't help me out on that. Finally I came to consumer forum to get Justice.
