Jio - Jio Complaint Rating:

Hi,
I want to complain against Jio. I recherged in my Jio number through Jio Mony wallet (7.4.2016), after recherge 303 rupees Jio Mony wallet cut my Ballance from wallet and showing Jio Mony payment failed. After this I complain in Jio complain & helpline number few times. They are giving different reason and told for wait 7/12 days after that money will be cradit in Jio money wallet. Still now they are didn't refund still now says that please wait.
Please do something.
