1) GD booked with kolkata police dated 05/02/2017.
2) Quotation number 734 dated 16/01/2017
3) Payment recipt no 735 dated 25/01/2017( Which was sent after representative visit).
4) Payment recipt no 1516 dated 30/01/2017 on packing date.
5) Packing list (G.C. No.: A. 769) dated 30/01/2017

I beg to submit that I, Barun Chand Sarkar was residing under juridiction(Address: 408,Sagar Apartments, 4th floor, B wing ,
Near abhinav vidyalay, sagarli, Sagaon, Dombivili east, kalyan 421201).
I had booked my household items from Dombivili East vide G.C.No A 769 dated 30/01/17 by Transport Company( Jai Hind DomesticRelocation Move & Pack).
As per Quotation No 734 Total amount Rs18500/- including door to door transportation, packing Charges, Loading & Unloading Charges and Unpacking Charges.

After packing and loading, the said packer tried to push the bill of Rs43000/-
And negociation finally agreed for Rs35000/- for door delivery of consignment.
Rs20,000/- was already paid vide recipt 735 & 1516.
Balanced amount Rs15000/- towards 3% Insurance, Octroi, Check post charges and 15% Service Charges agreed to paid after consignment delivered properly and insurance recipt & policy.
On 05/02/2017, I got call from Anil Tek ( 9130361441) that luggage was stopped and will move only after payment of Rs15,000/-. It is also came in light that luggage is not insured and No escort is provided as discussed and stated.
We already approached kolkata police on 06/02/2017 and kolkata police have talk to them for delivering the consignment but the packers are telling to collect from remote place outside the city limits after paying extra amount apart from agreed amount to a third party .
