I have placed my order through official website on 21st Jan. After that I didn't had any idea what were these guys doing with my order. No updates whatsoever. On 26th I mailed them asking for an update as your stupid site was telling me that's its processing . they said that the product have gone out of stock hence the will be refunding me.
I did not wanted to have refund as it was end of season sale I got flat 50% off on the product due to which I got 6k jacket at 3k and having it I felt cheated.
They don't even care to have followup mails.
After regular followup mails by me , still they have no conceses about my issue.
This is not acceptable . My order was placed online , then how can these guys say that it is out of stock ????
If it was really out of stock then how was I able to place my order in the first place ???
Why did it take you guys so long to let me know that its out of stock ????
I got an SMS when the order was placed , why didn't I got one when it got cancelled ???
And after it was cancelled why is it taking so long to revert my money back.
