Jabong - W Kurta Complaint Rating:
Received a burnt product from jabong on 15th april 2017, called the customer care the moment I tried the kurta and noticed that it was burnt from down .placed a request for return with the snapshot of the product on the same day within few mins from receiving the damaged product, today ie on 17th April I get a call from customer care saying that they can't accept the product back .pls help as they r not agreeing that damage is from their end and due to their negligence , why would a customer accept and bear the expense of a burnt product ???? From my side I did whatever I was told by the customer care team, I wrote the mail, send the snapshot as soon as I have recd the product ,but they r now ready to take it back .please help
