IRCTC - Refund On Trasanction Failure During Tatkal Booking
I had tried booking a ticket on 10-05-2017 in the Irctc Website during Tatkal duration.
I had been booking for Shatabdi Mumbai Bharuch.
on 2 Tries while payment confirmation the payment was debited from my account but since the tickets were full during the process the same were not booked. But the amount has not been credited back to my account. Transaction details for the same are as below:
IIN/IRCTC/20170510101220 Rs. 1785/-
After a series of mails and sharing bank statements now the customer care from IRCTC has stopped reverting to by requests.
Finally I have to file this complaint to resolve my issue and get my amount refunded.
