IRCTC - Refund Of Tickets Booked On Failed Transaction Complaint Rating:   

I had tried to book tickets online from Ernakulam to Hyderabad on October 21, 2017 and the transaction failed.

An amount of Rs.7800/- has been deducted from my Syndicate bank account, details of which were forwarded to [email protected]

They had given me a complaint numbers 7051940, 7052169 &7064955 & one Rakesh Gupta asked my customer ID.
