IRCTC - Refund Of Ticket Amount Complaint Rating:   

13148 Down Uttor Banga express was bound from new Cooch Behar at 3-15 p.m on 08 March 2017. We had 2 confirm tickets with pnr no. 6261682830. But the train was cancelled from the source station and bounded from NJP , 127 k. m away without giving any message or email to us. It was e-ticket. Now irctc declines to refund the ticket amount., though it was completely railways fault. This is fraud.
