Irctc is not ready to return ticket amount against confirm tickets pnr-6261682830 while the train is cancelled from source station without providing any message or email to us. This is totally fraud. The train 13148 uttor banga express was to leave from new Cooch Behar at 3-15 p. m. On 8th March 2017. But the train bounded from NJP , 127K.M away from source station. Now railway declines even to return ticket amount or provide any substitute way to travel. No assistance we got.
