IRCTC - About Ticket Cancelation Return Money Complaint Rating:   

I send my ticket details in screen shot.
I book 3 ticket from irctc app. But I cancel 3 of 1 ticket but I have not received my refundable money.
I call money of time irctc care but not received.
I send emails [email protected] but not reply received.
My journey date, PNR number, electronic reservations slip is send in screen shot
Please solve my problem early I want my refundable money l am a student
