Institute Of Technology And Marine Engineering - Btech Pass Certificate Complaint Rating:   

I asked several times to the college for my pass certificate but they just passes the time its been 4 years. And lots of time i give them xerox of my marksheet.but still neither i get the certificate nor my caution deposit. Please help me regarding this matter. I will really thankfull to you if you please solve the problem asap. Your kind help needed.
