Initiabroadband - Broadband Internet Provider Complaint Rating:   

I have been writing this because I'm fed up by this company.
Their service was bad.
So i decided to discontinue using this service provider.
31st December i submitted a complaint to this company to disconnect and they said,
It will takes 1 month of time to collect back router and return us our security.
It's been more than 2 month and still i haven't received any of their men to collect their router and initiate ny refund in my account.
