Hi Team

I have complaint against Indusand Bank Credit card

whenever Indusand Bank executive talk with me regarding Credit card he committed

1) Balance transfer is possible
2) Headphone Gift Again Credit card
3) No any Joining Fee

Now I have discussed with Bank & they told Bank will not give any Balance transfer facility & Gift

Also Bank registered complaint against Joining fee (complaint no 41828) & complaint against officer who gave wrong input (complaint no 42689)

Now My Credit card bill received on 9th march is 12674 in which

1) My original spent is 12099
2) Joining fee 500 & service TAX 74

So I against the bank commitment I don't want to pay joining fee & service TAX as bank didn't given any transparency when sell the credit card (Credit card no 4412 8579 1587 5006)
