Indigo Airlines - Missing Flight Due To The Supervisor Complaint Rating:   

On 1st April 2017 7passengers namely Mr Sreemonto Roy Chowdhury, Mrs tumpa Roy Chowdhury, Ms kamalika Roy Chowdhury, Ma Kaninika Roy Chowdhury ,Mr Jaydip Kar, Mrs Chayanika Kar, Mrs Anindita Acharya completed the check-in and security check for flight 6E 345 kolkata -chennai nearly 50 minutes before the departure time. Since one of our travelling passengers was 78 years old we reached the boarding gate 23E 20 mins before the departure time which was supposed to be 25 mins before the departure time. Hence the supervisor Rajiv Biswas did not allow us to board the flight and argued with us until the flight departed . He even lied about the announcement and the phone call.Thus we were forced to loose Rs45000(forty five thousands) just for our 5 mins delay to reach the boarding gate. So kindly help us for the refund of money.
