IndiaPost - Speed Post Complaint Rating:   

My engineering degree certificate and transcripts have been shared by speed post EU361684151IN. It has been more than a month and I am yet to receive it. I have tracked it to the last post office it reached. Upon contacting the post office in person, they shared the contact details of the postman responsible for delivering it. He either doesn't answer the call or says he would be coming down to the house to deliver it, but never turns up. It's been a continuous case of harassment with one month of followups and the postman never turning up. I have lodged a complaint(10008903483) on Indian post website as well. They just shared the tracking details and closed the complaint.
