Indian Railways - Train Late Complaint Rating:   

I traveled by hool super fast express from dubrajpur to howrah train no. 22322 on 30.03.2017 which arrive at howrah at 19:49 dated 30.03.2017 late by 1 hour 49 minutes as scheduled time at howrah station is 18:00 ... Its pathetic experience that super fast express runs almost two hours late in 4 hour's journey...After taking the super fast fare Indian railways failed to keep promise on timely arrivals. Now a days it's seen that Indian railways upgraded some express train to super fast train to increase the revenue but no infrastructure development and fools the public taking super fast fare. There should be an enquiry on the train which upgraded to super fast, their actual running status if they failed to run on schedule time the all those train should be downgraded and return the fare to consumer.....
