Sir I (anil Kumar Sharma) booked my 2nos.Article from railway parcel at bareilly junction to Gonda uttar Pradesh on dated 27/05/2017 and it was departure on dated 30/05/2017 through train no 13020 kathgodam to hawrah but it not unload at Gonda railway station by railway staff. When I reach parcel office , parcel officer not giving me satisfactory information. They don't know where's my parcel. So I m requesting to you , please helping me to find out my missing parcel.
