I have lost my gas cylinder n when I ask IOCL the cost of cylinder they told me 1450 bt the sales officer as well as the distributer they both told me the cost of 1700 n from 19/12/2016 till now date m not getting my complaint resolved n the customer care executives are saying that go to the sales office in Karnal and register your complaint over there, this is how they are treating the customer I am just tired now by calling them and asking for the solution bt m not getting any answer.As well as I had also attached the copy of fir.
