Indane Gas - Service Complaint Rating:   

Respected sir / madam:
Our complaint is on the person who delivers gas cylinder to home in mysuru. The gas agency is situated in N.R Mohalla , mysuru.
In cylinder bill amount was 733 rupees we paid him 760 rupees as he demands money more than the amount mentioned in the bill .
he refused to accept even that amount and didn't deliver cylinder .
and demanded extra amount of 20 rupees that is in total 780 rupee's when we refused to pay he took back to agency.

Consequences of that now we have no gas to cook. By which we faced problems which was unacceptable. Even there is no kerosin hear to cook food.
Also the person who was delivering the cylinder was rude in his talk with women's in home.

We paid him 27 rupees more than the amount mentioned​ in the bill still he demanded 50 rupees more from the amount mentioned in the bill please take necessary action on the delivery person in name of transportation he is charging exorbitant amount.
Till today cylinder has not been delivered.(5days)

The delivery person who came was on the day and date is 21/April/2017 , 3:30pm

Please take necessary action so that delivery person who delivers cylinder takes amount which is mentioned in the bill and not more than that.
