Imperial Cruise Services - To Cancel Membership Application And Refund Complaint Rating:   

On 12/05/19 I attended session of imperial cruise services in Hinjewadi, Waked.
They advise me to use complimentary gift voucher at 0/- for first 45 days after registration and then after confirmation EMI will be charged. They swipe my card by saying this is for registration purpose only. But documentation rule is different and they have deducted all amount at once.
So within 0.5 Hr I submitted an letter to cancel my membership application, Initially they told me to wait 2-3 days.
On 16/05/19 I received a reply that they are not ready to refund.
I feel cheated by this company as;
Merchant is trying for fraud
I changed my mind just after application (within 0.5 Hr), and not given documents.
Services were not as per commitment.
Amount charged without complete registration and services.
