The above mentioned website sent me not working Easy Hair Straightener Comb With Temperature Setting ( Best in Class)(With Warranty) - Girlish PINK .
When I asked for refund they offered me a Gift Card to make purchases in their website. I want my refund I paid Rs1959/-
The product is taken back from me. The website looks fraudulent everything they have looks cheap knock offs.

Kindly help me to get my money back.
