IFB Industries Ltd - Product And After Sales Service Complaint Rating:
I Bought a front load 8kg IFB washing machine. The machine given to me on 31st Dec 2016, was defective so after a lot of persuasion for almost about six months they finally replaced it with a new washing machine which too was a defective piece. I launched a complaint again on 29th June about defective product but till date no one has bothered visiting my home for any repairs. I have been calling them almost every day and shamelessly they make false promises. If I had known that this is how there after sales service is, wouldn't have made the mistake of buying there product.
