Idea - Mobile Bill Complaint Rating:   

Idea gave me free internet but i got charges on my account my mobile number is 9011044369
I made a complaint against this but i didn't get any reply from them. Now it's very difficult to contact there call centre. After calling 15 times i got connected to them. Always there call centre is busy.
No body reply me nor i got any charges waveoff this is very bad service by idea. I am totally frustrated. Please help me
