Idea Cellular Ltd - Postpaid CUG Connection Complaint Rating:

I am using CUG connection of Idea cellular for last 6-7 months. On 23rd May 2017, I have generated UPC code for MNP and shared the same UPC with Airtel retailer for MNP process. He filled up the application form online for MNP and also got a confirmation through SMS. Usually MNP takes 4-5 days approximate but it has been a long time that I don't even get any update regarding this same and whenever I call to any Idea customer care executive, s/he always keep on saying that his company didn't get any request for the same.

From which Idea point , I have taken this CUG connection that has been winded up and since then I have no other option to interact with any other employee of Idea face to face and when I cal to any customer executive, I don't get any relevant information. I am not getting any final solution for this and I am being charged continuously for my postpaid connection. I don't know where to go now because I am not getting solution from any desk whether it's Idea or Airtel. Both are blaming on each other. Meanwhile I am facing inconvenience during this unnecessary process of blaming each others. Kindly do your needful for the same so that I can get a better solution.
