I purchased idea mobile no few days back I checked offers from ussd code *121# that shows today on 24th Feb 2017 that 3300 MB 2G data will be given on recharge of 57 for 7 days. but when I recharge today I got only 330 MB data. I called customer care on 198 but they talk rudely and disconnected the call, they told that u are not eligible for any more data. I also mail to appellate authority but there is no any response from other side. I think idea cellular cheated me and their executive also talking very rudely. I am very unsatisfied and unhappy from the services of idea cellular limited. it is a fraud company. my advice to all of them who are reading this please don't, purchase any idea mobile no. because they always trying to cheat u.
