ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd - Surrender Amount Is Not Payable Complaint Rating:   

i want to complaint against icici prudential life insurance company (policy no.- 16177523) in regard of not paid surrender amoumt in time i have applied for amount on 17-3-2017 but still company doesn't pay any amount. I have also complaint in haed office of company but they don't response in it and gave dates, after 17-3-2017 they sent a message for 10(working days) and after that they changed the date continously from that date. i requested to you please take action against it.
