ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd - Not Approving The Medical Claim Complaint Rating:   

My father had a icici prudential life insurance policy. Myself had cataract in both my eyes. I had to operate for the same of both my eyes. Operations are done within a gap of a month. But when we claim for the operations the company only approved the claim of only of 20000. But the actual expenditure is of 195000. I want to register a complain for not approving the actual claim amount . So I want to know the procedure for the same reason.
