ICICI Bank - Saving Account Activation And Pass Book Providing Complaint Rating:   

Even After three time online complain on ICICI complain portal and many time conversation and argument in home branch, find nothing , no result means account has not been activated yet and hence no question arises to provide passbook while at the time of request and submit of account opening form, branch staff provided welcome kit including pay in slip / depositing slip of Rs.2000/- DT. 06-03-2017, Cheque Book and Debit Card except of passbook on saying that account will be activated with immediate effect. Urgent Need of opening an account then went to open it but I have no use of such account because of non activated yet. Lot of customer have to suffer such because of misguiding by bank and bank staff. Purpose of complain is not only with me but will never do so with anyone else
