ICICI Bank - My Credit Card Got Hacked And Lost Rs.8189.00/- Without My Permission. Complaint Rating:   

Dear Sir,

I am a account holder of M/s ICICI Bank having Salary account no 003901599607 and also having a ICICI Credit Card-Coral.

On 7th Dec 2016, my credit card got hacked and an amount of Rs.8189.00/- (Rs. Eight thousand one hundred eighty nine only) got debited to my account without any intimation.

I have called customer care and blocked my ICICI card. I have already been contacted cyber crime cell and they have asked to get in touch with bank authority.

Just seek of information, I have not received OTP means my phone has got hacked.

This is fraud happened by using my credit card and without any mistake of mine I lost Rs.8,189.00/-, hence request your kind co-operation to do the needful for getting my money back.

I once again request you to look in to this matter personally so that we customer could not be suffered.

Our prime minister is urging us to become cashless however this kind of fraud is actually leg pulling.
