ICICI Bank - Money Transaction Complaint Rating:   

Hi Team,
Complaint is registered againt ICICI bank as the IMPS transaction was done using online banking the details given were name and account no. The name and account no did not match still the money got transferred. Attached is the screenshot of reference.
I am visiting bank since two months to revert back the money of wrong transaction but still no reply. Please look into the issue as soon as posse.
