ICICI Bank Ltd - False Information And Bad Customer Service
I would like to make a formal complaint against the icici bank.
I am a customer with this bank and holding a credit card. However, for few months I could not pay the bills as I was not working due to my bad medical conditions. So, now as I have started working and I have made almost half of the payment. When I called up the bank they said I will no longer be able to use the card and watever is the remaining balance I need to pay it to the savings account and no interest will be charged.
But, then after few days they send me a credit card bill with the extra interest added on it. I was surprised with it and found it that they are doing a fraud and they me a false information and when I have send an email to them they never give me a proper resolution. Hence, I am filling a complaint about this bank and it's service.
