Hyundai Motor Company - Elite I20 Sportz Complaint Rating:

So I had booked i20 Elite from Numbus Hyundai Noida and Payment was made. On the day of the delivery, I found out 4-5 cracks on all the windows because of their bad storage area where some construction was taking place. I immediately canceled my booking and booked another varient of i20 elite for future delivery. The other car got delivered after few days, but unfortunately, had the same cracks in the windshield which i noticed days later. Upon complaining about the issue to the Hyundai Service, I was told they will change my windshield. But i have been trying to contact them ever since but they are not responding.
I am a Hyundai customer since 15 years. I did not expect this from a reputed brand.
I need my windshield to be changed immediately.
