Htc - Phone Complaint Rating:   

So I bought this HTC desire 828 on 1 Jan 2017 and within 2-3 months I started facing issues related to sound and battery. I took the phone to service center, all they did was clean the speaker that would stay fine for only 2-4 days so I had to take it back to them. So one day just like other days I took it and they did the same thing but the very next day the upper part of the speaker area came out (that was a damn sticker pasted on top). And one time the phone dropped on the floor and the back camera too popped out. So again I took it to service center but this time they refused to help in any way instead asked for money around 5-6K for repairing neglecting the warranty and insurance of the phone, stating that there is a scratch (that is just a small dot) that must have happened on the same day when the camera popped out and said it is damaged and they can't do anything. Now I was still using it given no other option and all of a sudden the phone has started to hang insanely and the result is the camera has stopped working too. Now this is what you get after paying 18000. Any kind of help on this matter is what I ask!
