HTC INDIA - Mobile Phone Htc Desire 826 Complaint Rating:   

I bought a mobile phone of HTC company cost of 22800/- on 31/11/2015 from rohtak, Aneja mobile ghar; after sometime it's camra stop working due to software updation i sumitted it in HTC care, Sawastik system rohtak on 28/11/2016 under warrenty period after analysing the phone from company it was returned to me totally in non working condition no screen, no power back up infact totally useless and company demanded 20000 rupees for repairing the phone. When i submitted my phone to the care it was in working condition and also in warrenty period. Then how can company demand such a huge amount for repairing. I want that the company repair my product free of cost and return to me in working condition. Thank you so much.
