I have signed into the app using my phone number through their OTP and then prompt me to subscribe with either of the plan available which are Hotsar VIP Membership & Hotstar Premium on 09/03/2020. After selecting the Hotstar VIP, a subscription fee of Rs. 369/year is being charged on my account via Apple iTunes Payment. The subscription fee gets successfully debited on my HDFC Account and also received the payment message from my bank. I have written to
[email protected] but they replied back saying there is no account associated for me. It’s the second day of my experience after installation and making payment but my account is still not yet updated and I cannot watch the football match which I paid for. This is really making me disappointed and frustrated. Either they resolved my pending subscription status by extending the days of my subscription period accordingly or refund my money back immediately. Thanks.
