Hotstar - Hotstar App Complaint Rating:   

I have been using Hotstar as their VIP customer paid 365 for an year pack to watch their limited services including and especially for Premier league. I have a decent internet speed and could stream using other apps. I raised complaint in hotstar desk. But the customer support keeps on insulting me by asking me to do the same process. It has been two weeks and the app is good for nothing. I only paid for this service to watch premier league without any streaming issue. Now that it never starts they took my money and deliver nothing. Please help me to get this fixed.
