I HAD BOOKED A ROOMS IN HOTEL MUMBAI METRO AT SAKINAKA JUNCTION, BUT IT WAS CANCELED DUE TO SOME REASON, WE PAID 10'000 ADVANCE, BUT NOW HOTEL IS NOT REFUNDING IT, WE ARE READY TO BEAR 2'000 RS CANCELATION CHARGES AND EXPECTING 8'000 RS FOR REFUND, INSTEAD OF IT IS NOT MENTIONED ANY WHERE IN BOOKING SLIP AS WELL AS IN MAIL REGARDING CANCELATION CHARGES. NOW THEY ARE NOT GIVING REFUND.
